Worthington Woman Killed In Crash Thursday Night

A southern Minnesota woman is dead after an accident in Nobles County. It happened last night, just before 10:00 at county road 1 and Highway 60 in Brewster. According to the state patrol, 71-year-old Leona Simpson pulled out in front of a semi on highway 60 and was hit head on. Simpson died at the scene. The driver of the semi was not injured.
