MSU Recieves Big Gift from Famous Alum

MSU's School of Nursing receives a very generous gift from its most famous alum.Glen and Becky Taylor donated seven million dollars to the program, to help establish a Nursing faculty chair, a new Nursing Institute for Family and Society, as well as several doctoral fellowships.The Taylors hope this will be the start of a long tradition at MSU.Glen Taylor says, "It elevates the university, excuse I don't see this as the first or last or second or whatever doctorate program it's going to be. But I see that there are going to be other ones that come along - and it sets the example."Glen Taylor is the owner of Taylor Corp. and the Minnesota Timberwolves.
