The endorsed Republican candidate for the first Congressional district rallied with fellow Republicans in Mankato today.Brian Davis hopes to unseat freshman representative Tim Walz in the election this November and gathered supporters to talk about how the campaign has been going and encourage them to help get him to Washington.Brian Davis says, "Today we toured the western half of the district, going from Fairmont to New Ulm and now we are in Mankato. Tomorrow we have a parade in Mabel. Sunday we have a parade in Mantorville. And on Monday we're going to tour the Eastern Half of the district with rallies like the one we had here tonight."While Davis has the Republican endorsement, he still must defeat long-time state Senator Dick Day in the party's primary next Tuesday, in order to qualify for the November ballot
