Franken Touts Education Plan at MSU

Al Franken is hitting the campaign trail after clinching the DFL nomination for U.S. Senate last night.  Franken stopped by Minnesota State University to talk with students about the rising cost of college tuition, proposing a new $5,000 college tuition tax cut.

Franken claims the credit will help ten million middle - class students attending college.  Al Franken says, "It's about getting your kids an education. We need to provide world class education for all our kids so that we can compete in the 21st century economy."
