A sports radio personality has been charged with a felony, fifth - degree possession of cocaine.The Ramsey county attorney's office announced the charges against 40 - year - old Jeff J. Dubay.The criminal complaint says Dubay was arrested during a routine traffic stop...During the stop the officer retrieved a pipe and plastic baggie Dubay had thrown out the window.The substance later tested positive for cocaine.Dubay allegedly denies the charges.Dubay has co - hosted the ``PA & Dubay show'' with Paul Allen on KFAN, the show has not been on the air since the arrest.
