A suicide car bomber strikes a NATO convoy in the northern Baghlan province of Afghanistan today, killing one civilian and wounding 12 other people, officials said.A NATO spokesman says two NATO soldiers were among the wounded.The police chief of Baghlan Province, General Abdul Rahman Sayedkhail, gave details of the attack.Also on Sunday, a US military spokesman says two US troops were wounded when a suicide car bomber struck their convoy in western Herat province.Violence in Afghanistan has reached its highest level since the US-led invasion ousted the Taliban regime in 2001.
