The state canvassing board will be asked to certify the latest figures from the Senate recount Monday.The latest results show Franken ahead of Coleman by 225 votes.If the board rules in favor of Franken, Coleman will likely challenge the decision in court.The Minnesota supreme court could still order the canvassing board to count more of the absentee ballots that had been rejected.Even if the board rules in Franken's favor, he is not expected to go to Washington this week to get sworn in as a senator.
