Democratic leaders say Obama shouldn't expect Congress to have an economic recovery plan waiting for him when he takes office on January. 20.Senate majority leader Harry Reid says lawmakers will work as quickly as they can and try their best to pass it before February. But he says he won't set an artificial deadline.Harry Reid says, ''We're going to work on a bi-partisan basis to move this country forward. We're in an economic crisis that must be addressed. We can't worry about what's gone on in the last eight years. We've gotta look forward and that's what we're going to do."Obama meets with house speaker Nancy Pelosi and Mr. Reid on the stimulus package tomorrow.
