Turning to political news tonight:The three-judge panel that will hear a lawsuit over Minnesota's contested senate election is announced today.Supreme Court Justice Alan Page named: Elizabeth Hayden of Stearns County, Kurt Marben of Pennington County and Denise Reilly of Hennepin County.Republican Norm Coleman sued over his recount loss to Democrat Al Franken.Earlier today Franken's request for an election certificate was denied.Secretary of State Mark Ritchie says he won't sign it until the lawsuit is settled.
