A police car catches fire north of Henderson this morning.The Belle Plaine Fire Department responded just after 8:00 to reports of a vehicle burning on Highway 169.When authorities arrived, they discovered the vehicle was a police cruiser from Brooklyn Park.According to the State Patrol, the Brooklyn Park officer was headed to Mankato for a career fair at MSU.No one was injured in the incident, but the vehicle was a total loss.
