Bad news for coffee lovers in our area...A second Starbucks will be closing its doors...The Starbucks on Warren Street near the MSU campus will be shutting down on March 5th...Starbucks headquarters is not confirming the information, but employees at the Mankato store did confirm the closing date. Aryn Osum is an MSU student who loves to get her coffee fix... she was disappointed to find out another Starbucks is closing. Aryn Osum says, "I'm really disappointed this one's closing because it's so convenient I live right over there in the apartment and when I go home it's right on my way... with this one closing I have to go outta my way." Starbucks announced the closing of an additional 200 US stores back in January... that's on top of roughly 600 store closures announced last year...If you're a fan of Starbucks coffee there is one Mankato store left where you can get your fix... It's located in Hy-Vee on Adams Street.
