And that is our top story this midday.Thanks for joining us, I'm Rosemary Shultz.Local civil air patrol members leave town before the sun rises this morning to battle floods in the Fargo - Moorhead area.This is the Mankato Composite Squadron's second trip this week.They will aid in sandbagging and whatever else is needed as the Red River is expected to reach record levels.Those making the trip say it feels good to be lending a hand.Johnathan Macemon says, "It's amazing. I can go and help people. Volunteer to do it. That's why I'm here. It's one of those warm cuddly feelings."The squadron plans to make another trip to Fargo on Saturday.
