The Sleepy Eye School District has voted not to renew the contract of a teacher who's charged with criminal sexual conduct in Brown County.Sleepy Eye School Superintendent Arla Dockter says the board voted Thursday for the non renewal of high school English teacher Calvin Collum for the 2009 - 2010 school year.The 47 year old Collum was formally charged last week with third degree criminal sexual conduct after an alleged relationship with a 16 year old student.
