Two men are arrested and charged with up to 16 burglaries after a routine traffic stop in rural Mower County. The Faribault County Sheriff's Department says 18 year old Justin Lee Roberts of Wells and 18 year old Lee Thomas Huston of Albert Lea are being charged with 16 burglaries in the Wells, Kiester and Bricelyn areas, as well as several thefts from cars in Wells. The Sheriff's Department says the two were suspects in several burglaries and thefts in five Minnesota counties and five Iowa counties.
