Governor Pawlenty today puts his signature on Brandon's law... revamping the state's procedure for missing persons. The bill was dubbed "Brandon's Law" after Brandon Swanson the 19 year old who went missing May 14th when his car went into a ditch near the Yellow Medicine River while he was making a phone call. The law requires a more aggressive response from law enforcement for missing adults up to age 21 and older adults who disappear under suspicious circumstances.
