One man is dead after a two-vehicle accident on Highway 22 today. It happened around 2:30 this afternoon. Authorities say a Saturn heading northbound was struck broadside by a southbound semi-truck when trying to exit at Victory Drive. State Patrol identifies the deceased as 28 year old Chad R. Bergemann of Mapleton, a passenger in the Saturn. The driver of the car and semi driver were both taken to ISJ, both were treated and released.
