A Goodhue Company will pay 10 thousand dollars for environmental violations.The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency says Fitzgerald Excavating and Trucking of Goodhue has reached an agreement to pay the penalty for alleged violations in solid waste and installing on - site sewage treatment systems.Fitzgerald will also complete a project to remove garbage and other material chosen by the county to benefit the environment or increase green space.
