If you are a fan of the blues, you might want to check out Saint Peter this weekend. The town is hosting the Ambassadors' Blues Fest in Minnesota Square Park. Besides the music, they're will be plenty of food and refreshments to enjoy. Organizers secured grants and sponsorships to help the make the event possible. They say they're hoping to wow those that attend. John Mayer says, "We hope that the general populous of Saint Peter and the surrounding communities have come to Saint Peter, have listened to some music, ate some good food, had a great time and they start thinking, hmm... maybe I should come back for the fourth of July." The event starts Friday night and goes all afternoon and evening on Saturday. It is free and open to the public.
