Rescue divers discover the body of a Wisconsin teen who drowned during a cliff jump yesterday. Chippewa county police got a call about a possible drowning just after three PM. Nearly two hours later sixteen-year-old Zachary Lato was found. Friends say Lato, who attended Chippewa Falls High School, didn't come back up for air after he jumped from the cliff. Gene Gutsch says, "The person that was waiting to jump saw this person hit the water. The person surfaced briefly and then just disappeared under water and did not resurface again." Lato was rushed to a nearby hospital but it was too late. Divers say the water was around 20 to 25 feet deep in the area.
