A North Iowa man is seriously injured after diving off of a dock near Fairmont.It happened last night around 10:40 at the Channel Inn Restaurant on Fairmont's Hall Lake.Police say 30 year old Joseph Morrall of Armstrong, Iowa dove in to the lake and injured his neck.An ambulance brought Morall to the Fairmont Medical Center where he was treated, and later airlifted to a Sioux Falls Hospital.
