Police in Cedar Rapids, Iowa are investigating the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old man during a dice game outside an apartment complex.Officers responding to a report of shots fired last night found Dominique Mosby lying on the ground.Emergency responders gave him CPR and took him to a local hospital, where he died a short time later.Witnesses told police Mosby had been with a group of men shooting dice on the deck outside one of the apartments, and that they heard five or six gunshots before police arrived.
