Last week, we told you about a public meeting making Faribault County residents aware of a Level 3 sex offender who had registered as a homeless sex offender in the area.Now... Ronald John Madsen is under arrest and currently being held at the Faribault County Sheriff's Office.Authorities say Madsen failed to meet the weekly check in requirements and was arrested Monday on a warrant.Madsen was arrested in 2005 for using a minor in a sexual performance and again in 2006 for possession of child pornography.
