Prosecutors say the driver of a van that backed over a tent and killed a toddler, had a preliminary blood alcohol level of 0.17 percentThat's more than twice the legal limit.The complaint says 31-year-old Nicolle Prechel drove the van from a parking spot next to the tent to take her daughter to the bathroom, and when she returned she went over the tent.4-month-old Wyatt sander of Redwood Falls, was in the tent resting with his parents when the van backed over the tent.The boy's mother was also injured.Prechel makes an appearance in Renville County court tomorrow morning.
