Another semi accident backs up traffic on highway 169 over Riverfront Drive this afternoon.It happened just before 12:30.The Minnesota State Patrol says a semi truck driven by 51-year-old Thao Long of New Brighton, struck the guardrails resulting in a damaged fuel tank.The Minnesota Department of Transportation was able to contain the fuel before it reached the sewers or the Minnesota River.
