State Senator Tarryl Clark has filed paperwork allowing her to seek the democratic nomination next year for the U.S. house seat held by Republican Michele Bachmann.Clark has filed a statement of candidacy with the federal election commission.Two other candidates have already announced their intent to seek the endorsement in that Congressional Race: Former Lieutenant Governor candidate Maureen Reed and 2008 DFL candidate Elwyn Tinklenberg.
