A cheese-tacular work of art at the Indiana State Fair.Sarah Kaufmann began the big cheese sculpture at the fair on august 6th.The 1,418 lb completed sculpture is sponsored by the American Dairy Association.For the past 5 days, fairgoers have watched Sarah work inside a large cooler.The sculpture is made of yellow and white cheddar, Gouda, and string cheese; its theme is "the value of dairy...priceless!"
