And finally tonight.The town of Ackley, Iowa has noticed a few more residents of late, but they are definitely not movers or shakers.The city started seeing mannequins pop up around town starting in July.All of them were thanks to an Ackley business woman named Joyce Geikin.She was looking to bring more people to the town, and not just the stuffed type.Every mannequin is placed on one of 25 benches outside of businesses in the town.Her plan is working because it has become a tourist attraction.
