The owners of three popular restaurants in the Mankato area are opening their fourth... and today we got a sneak peek.The new restaurant is appropriately called Number Four, and is located on the corner of Second and Walnut Streets in downtown Mankato.The same owners operate Tav on the Ave, Dino's and the Neighbor's restaurants.They say the inspiration for Number Four was bringing something fresh to the city.Patrick Person says, "Do something that we haven't got at any of our other restaurants and create something that's going to be totally different that Mankato doesn't have. I guess and create something that's just a little different."Number 4 opens their doors for lunch and dinner tomorrow.
