Law enforcement across the state will be trick or treating for drunk drivers this weekend.The Minnesota Department of Public Safety says during Halloween party weekends from 2006 to 2008, seven of the 15 traffic deaths were alcohol related.Another 40 people were seriously injured on Minnesota roads, 15 were alcohol-related.During the same period nearly 1500 people were arrested from DWI.Local law enforcement says they'll be targeting drunk drivers just as hard as any other day.Lt. Scott McConkey says, "We don't want someone's foolishness to result in someone's tragedy. We've got experts out in every color uniform and they're very good at what they do."The Department of Public Safety also wants to remind drivers to be on the look out for Trick-or-treaters out collecting candy.
