Portable heart defibrillators will now be standard equipment at all Minnesota high school tournament venues.The state's governing body for high school athletics has bought eight defibrillators in case someone suffers sudden cardiac arrest.The Minnesota State High School League says the devices will be another tool that medical personnel can use if necessary.They note that there have been at least 10 incidents in Minnesota in the last two years.
