In other state news tonight...A judge will hear a dispute next week between frozen-food delivery company Schwan's and the equal Employment opportunity commission.The agency is trying to get a Federal court to compel Schwan's to turn over records for its Investigation into a management trainee's sexual discrimination Complaint.The company says it has already honored all requests and will not answer any more questions.
