Governor Pawlenty today signed an Emergency Executive Order providing emergency relief from hours of service regulations for carriers and drivers while in the process of obtaining and transporting diesel fuel, propane and anhydrous ammonia for farm use.Pawlenty says without relief, farmers won't be able to obtain needed supplies of diesel fuel and propane to complete their harvest in a timely manner.
