Homeless Vets Expected To Reach 4,000

Meanwhile...An estimated 4,000 military veterans are expected to be homeless this year in Minnesota.The Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans says that's 1 Percent of all veterans in the state.Carolyn Anderson of the St. Cloud VA medical center says most of the homeless veterans served in the VietnamWar, but more and more are from the wars in Iraq and AfghanistanMany of the veterans she meets aren't aware of the government benefits available to them.
