Students at Gustavus Adolphus College are bearing the elements day and night, all in an effort to increase awareness of homelessness.The "Action Supporting All People", or A-S-A-P, event started Sunday and will go through Wednesday.The rules are to sleep outside or in the Christ Chapel all three nights without going to ones dorm room, showering, and eating only the food donated to them.Students say it's definitely an eye-opener.Student Derek Ikeogu says, 'You're really aware of your surroundings, even on a safe campus like this... any sound you hear, you're like, whoa, what was that... it really made you realize how hard it would be to sleep outside.'The demonstration will end Wednesday.
