Four people charged for a June graffiti spree in Blue Earth County, are now charged in Nicollet County as well..Nicollet County is filing felony property damage charges against 19-year-old Kasey Shaffer of Mapleton, 20-year-old Joseph Waltz of Mankato, and 17-year-olds Tyler Caputo and Allen Miller, both of Mankato.The charges stem from damage done at several locations in Mankato and North Mankato on June 26.Thousands of dollars of graffiti damage was done at Mankato's Reconciliation Park, Holy Rosary Catholic in North Mankato and the World War 2 monument in Wheeler Park.Waltz is schedule to make his first appearance in Nicollet County court on Nov. 24.The other plaintiffs will make their appearances Dec. 1.
