With voters rejecting an operating levy for the Waseca school district, administrators are looking for ways to meet their budget.The district will need to cut two million dollars from the upcoming school year's budget.Tonight, the district will hear from parents and community members on what they feel the school should do to make ends meet.John Rokke says, "For example, tonight we are expecting a petition to be tuned in form parents of our K-3 Hartley Elementary because that was one of the things on the budget list is a potential closing of that very fine building."Superintendent Rokke says the district intends to make their final decision on the cuts by January 15th.
