A frustrating day for some air travelers. The Federal Aviation Administration says a computer circuit board failure kept air traffic control computers in different parts of the country from communicating with each other this morning. The glitch was fixed in about four hours, but the ripple effect continued throughout the day.The Minneapolis St. Paul international airport saw some flights delayed by about 15 minutes...Not too bad compared to other airports around the country that saw delays of several hours.
