Flags To Fly At Half-Staff In Remembrance Of Fallen Soldier

Flags will fly at half-staff on Monday to remember a Minnesota solder killed in the Fort Hood shootings earlier this month.Governor Pawlenty issued the order today.Private First Class Kham Xiongof St. Paul was among the 13 people who died in the shooting spree at the Army base in Texas.A traditional three-day Hmong funeral for Xiong will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28 and run through Monday afternoon.Xiong will then be buried with military honors at Fort Snelling.
