New Ulm Man Sentenced For Peeping

A New Ulm Man found guilty of peeping is sentenced in Blue Earth County court today.42 Year old Dale Allen Hartman was sentenced to 30 days in jail 5 years probation and a 2,000 dollar fine.Hartman must also undergo a sex offender evaluation and submit DNA.In September a jury found Hartman guilty of interference with privacy, a felony.According to the criminal complaint: the victim said Hartman used a CD to peer at her over a wall at a Mankato tanning salon in May of 2008.
