A Winona teenager has died after falling or jumping from a moving pickup.Police say the 15-year-old Minnesota City girl suffered critical head injuries when she fell or jumped from the back seat of the truck Saturday morning.She died at the hospital Sunday night.Police say the truck was driven by a 46-year-old man who was a friend of the victim's family. No charges have been filed.
