Cong. Walz Not Judging President's Troop Plan Just Yet

President Obama plans to send 30 thousand more troops to fight in Afghanistan over the next six months, and it's a plan that's sparking quite a few questions.Congressman Walz has decided to keep a neutral position on the issue until he can find out more information. He's back in Washington D.C. today and his representatives say it's not a matter of being for or against the troops but rather the resources that go into this plan and the potential outcome.Meredith says, "He's interested in hearing what the President's plan for those troops are, what the mission clearly is going to be defined as, what resources those troops are going to need, how long we're going to be there, when we would potentially be leaving and what implications that has on our national security. The White House hopes 3 to 5 years will bring stability, but they're offering no specific date to pull out.President Obama will address the nation tonight at 7 o'clock.
