Charges are requested for a Waterville man involved in a Mankato car accident yesterday.We told you last night about this car accident that occurred at the intersection of Harper Street and 5th Avenue around 3:30 yesterday.According to the Mankato Department of Public Safety, 18 year-old Justin Lee Henry Smith of Waterville was driving fast and erratically when he caused the accident.The wreck injured the car's passenger. She was taken to ISJ with back and neck injuries.Police say he could face up to five charges, which could include reckless driving and exhibition driving.
