A Mankato man is arrested for allegedly hitting a pedestrian and fleeing early Sunday morning.20-year-old Alexander Hunt is being held in the Blue Earth County Jail on charges of hit and run, DWI and Criminal Vehicular operation.According to the Mankato Department of Public Safety, a 21-year-old Eagan woman was crossing the intersection of Second and Hickory streets when a vehicle went through a red light... hitting her and fleeing the area.Police were able to locate the vehicle in a driveway about a mile from the intersection.They determined Hunt had been involved in the accident... and had been drinking.The victim was taken to ISJ with injuries to her head.
