The head of Minnesota's DFL party says seven contributors had donationThe head of Minnesota's DFL party says seven contributors had donations credited to a gubernatorial contender before officials realized they may have broken campaign laws.House speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher was given credit for $4,000 in donations to the party as a way to offset costs for accessing a voter database.DFL chairman Brian Melendez says three donors got a combined $1,500 returned while the other four let the party keep their contributions.The party has sent a letter to state regulators acknowledging the arrangement was probably illegal.
