In other national news...Scuba teams are going into the Hudson River in Newburgh, New York today to search a two mile stretch for a missing 4-year-old boy.The family of Marc Anthony Bookal say they are losing hope that the 4-year-old boy will be found alive.They fear that the boy may have wandered off and fallen in the Hudson River.Authorities suspect foul play and Officers have arrested the mother's boyfriend, and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child. He has a prior criminal record.
