MN DOT Advises No Travel

Highway travel remains dicey for parts of Minnesota...MN-DOT says driving conditions remain difficult in southwestern Minnesota... especially Cottonwood, Jackson, Nobles and Rock counties, due to strong winds creating heavy drifting and reduced visibility. No interstate highways or other road closures are anticipated.Closer to home, roads were fair, but not completely hazard free. This SUV ended up in a ditch near Lake Crystal earlier today. No one was injured, but responders found their job a little harder due to the wind.Mn/DOT reminds motorists to follow safe winter driving practices.
