Mankato is down to just one Burger King location.The restaurant on Madison Avenue is closing up shop; workers spent today moving equipment out of the building.Managers tell News 12 that they decided to let their lease on the building expire, partially because of the changes in traffic patterns in the Madison Avenue - Victory Drive area.Mike Cole says the Burger King on Riverfront Drive near West High School will be the only B.K. location in Mankato for now, but the possibility for new locations still exists.
