Charges have been filed against the man at the center of a standoff in Mankato last Saturday.22 year old Jasen Lynch has been charged with felony terroristic threats and gross misdemeanors for stalking and harassment.Lynch was taken into custody Saturday after a 3-hour standoff on Homestead Drive in Mankato.The incident began in Lake Crystal after Lynch threatened a man via the social networking site Facebook.Bail for Lynch has been set at 30 thousand dollars, or 15 thousand dollars with conditions.
