A Kansas jury takes just over thirty minutes to convict the man charged with killing an abortion doctor.Foreperson says, "we the jury find the defendant Scott Roeder guilty of the crime of first degree murder."Fifty-one year-old Scott Roeder - guilty on all three counts - one of them, pre-meditated first-degree murder.Roeder also was convicted on two counts of aggravated assault for threatening to shoot church ushers as he fled.Roeder had publicly admitted to gunning down Doctor George Tiller last year.Sentencing is set for March.Roeder faces life in prison.
