Elsewhere in the state, A 550 million dollar water project that's more than 20 years in the making is beginning to take shape.The Lewis and Clark regional water system is a partnership of 15 Cities and five rural water districts in south Dakota, Iowa and southwestern Minnesota... including Worthington in Minnesota and Sibley and Sheldon in Iowa.The areas would get treated water from wells near the Missouri river.The project director says some 90 miles of pipe are in the ground and crews are constructing the water treatment plant and a pair of reservoirs.
